Citizens' Voice Endorsement

I was honored to receive one of the three top endorsements from the Citizens' Voice this morning. As I wrote yesterday, I can't thank you enough for all your help, support and your graciousness. I think Luzerne County...our County...is showing the rest of the country who we really are. Thanks again.

Best

SATURDAY'S MEET AND GREET CANCELED

Because of the likelihood of snow on Sat, we are canceling the tailgate/meet and greet. While it would be great to see everyone and to watch the Notre Dame game, driving may be hazardous.

So...enjoy the game at home...be careful if you do have to drive...and we'll hopefully get a chance to meet and talk soon.

All the best.

QR Codes

We're using a QR code to tie different media to our web site. To use the code, you download an app with your smartphone. Once installed, you scan the code. The information printed in the QR code will subsequently be processed by your phone--in this case, it's the URL for our web site. Once processed, you can quickly navigate to the site.

QR codes are being used for a number of applications, so we decided to use them as part of the campaign. We printed them on magnets, some of our written materials, on a number of signs and included one on the web site itself (so you can easily store the URL).

Here's the code:
